For cancellation or return of any order placed by a customer, following terms should be considered:
- 1. Any order can be cancelled before 24 hrs of delivery through ‘Track Order’ option or by calling our customer care.
- 2. Orders within 24 hrs of delivery must be cancelled via customer care.
- 3. Fruits, Vegetables, Milk products, Beverage Drinks, Flowers can be returned on delivery only.
- 4. Packaged food must be returned within 3 days, unused and in original packaging.
- 5. Clothes, Footwear, Electronics, etc. must be returned within 10 days. No return after that.
- 6. Items must be unused and in original condition for return.
- 7. No refunds for gift cards or hygiene-related personal care products.
Refund
- 1. Keep the original bill to claim refund.
- 2. Refunds via original payment mode or bank transfer.
- 3. Exchange allowed only if defective on arrival.
- 4. No refunds for perishable goods once paid.
