In order to claim for the return of any product, the user must initiate the return within 2 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, we do not entertain any return of the product after 2 days of delivery.
In order to claim a hassle-free return, please ensure that the item is unused and is in the original packaging.
For a few products, the return policy doesn’t apply. Perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, beverages, drinks, flowers, or milk products, etc., do not come under this policy. Inflammable liquids and hazardous materials cannot be returned either. Items under gift cards are also non-refundable. Moreover, some health care products and some of the personal care products are also not subjected to refund due to hygiene and health issues. Also, if the item claimed for return is damaged or any part of it is missing, the refund won’t be done.
To complete the process of refund, we request our customers to preserve the bill of the item. This helps us in assuring that the product was purchased from us and is under the refundable period.
For the exchange of any product, the item must be defective or damaged at the time of arrival.
